‼️BIG NEWS‼️ Yoga classes at the gym are starting the week of April 25th! Many of you have asked for a long time for us to offer Yoga and we heard you! Chan Noy Follen with Transcending Yoga Studio will be teaching Intro to Yoga Monday nights at 6:30 and Peggy Higman will be teaching “Yoga for Meatheads” Thursday nights at 6:00. Our 12-punch punch cards are $99 for members and $129 for non-members and they’re ON SALE NOW!!!!! Get ready to take your recovery to the next level. Everyone please welcome these ladies! They both have a wealth of knowledge to offer our members when it comes to practicing Yoga and we cannot thank them enough for joining our team!
